LAD #7: Washington's Farewell Address.
Washington served forty five years towards the betterment of the United States of America. Instead of starting a third term he stopped at two and delivered a farewell address. He is a big believer in central government and he states that it is the basis of their safety, unity, and liberty. He also REALLY disliked political factions and parties and thought that it turned brother against brother, tearing America apart and making it much more vulnerable to foreign influence. He also warns about public money, how debt should always be paid off and money should not be borrowed without revenue to pay it back. How taxes are needed even though they are very disliked. Warns America about getting into permanent relations with foreign countries (aka don't do what we did in WWI) Lastly he warned about having a big military, like Jefferson he thought it basically invites disaster.
LAD #6: Washington's Proclamation of Neutrality
This proclamation states that America will not participate in the war between the "Powers" They will remain friendly but impartial to all goings on. Any and all citizens who help any side that is fighting will be imprisoned because its against the law under this proclamation. Not just helping, also hindering other nations in this war, thats also prohibited.
